There are several ways to order from Affordable Bride

1.The quickest way is to fill out the Secure Online Order form below. Fill in the items you want and press submit. We will confirm your order via e-mail and advise you of a delivery date. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

2. Call 1-281-251-8286, 719-448-0791or 713-448-0795 and place your order directly with us. This works best if your order is complicated, if you have lots of questions, or just feel better talking to us. We can’t wait to hear from you.

Office hours are 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.  We are open on the weekends to accept orders only.

Shipping Information and Delivery Time

Availability Please allow 2 weeks for us to process your order--and 3-4 more days for your package to be delivered. this comes to approximately 18 days for delivery.

If you absolutely must have your headpiece, tiara or veil, in less than 2 weeks, please be sure to let us know in the comments section below and include the 10.00 rush fee in your payment.

Rush delivery is available for most items, please call the office to confirm.   

There is a 10.00 rush delivery charge in addition to the shipping method you choose. Rush orders are shipped within 3 business days and take up to 3 days to arrive.

Express Mail is $25.00 for USA and territories and $35.00 international delivery.  USA deliveries are 2 days transit time and 3-4 days international transit time, depending on customs and your country's postal service.

For International Orders, including Canada,  we generally ship via Global Priority flat rate.  This is only $14.00, no tracking, and takes about 3-7 days, depending on customs and your country's postal service.  If you require tracking, Express Mail is required-only $25.00.

Yes, we accept returns and exchanges:

1. Headpieces and standard veils must be return postmarked within 4 days of receipt of your package.  Please email or call our office, 1-281-251-8286, 719-448-0791or 713-448-0795 for a return authorization number. The headpiece and/or veil must be unworn and in "like new" condition.  Please insure and track your package when sending it back to us.  Returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee--however, this does not apply to exchanged items. Shipping charges are not reimbursed.

2. If you choose to exchange your headpiece or veil,  we will wave the restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable, and reship charges also apply.

3. Custom veils and tiaras and headpieces with custom color combinations are not returnable.

4.  Sale items are not returnable, however they may be exchanged.

5.  If we made a mistake, and sent the wrong item, we will gladly exchange it for you right away.  

6.  Please allow up to 30 days for a credit to show on your statement.  We normally credit your returned merchandise within 4-5 days of receipt
